In anticipation of a large dataset and wanting to ensure that the data is shared with those that collected it, as well as those that are responsible for planning and decision making, the BC Conservation Foundation – Vancouver Island University Applied Environmental Research Lab project team hired Campbell Geospatial Consultants to construct an online, interactive database. If interested, you can access the database below, as well as the accompanying instructions manual to help you navigate it, in the event you have any questions.
The database is best viewed using a desktop computer or tablet.

6PPDQ Stream Reports
Over the past three years, the project team, in collaboration with dozens of partnered organizations, have collected over 7,000 samples from 85 waterways at 220 locations. All samples were analyzed for 6PPDQ (and several other structurally related PPDQs) representing the largest 6PPDQ dataset globally. Data collected can be found in the interactive database (links above) or a summary of each waterway is provided in the report linked below. The document is organized alphabetically (A – Z) rather than regionally.
